A pleasant find. Our intentions were to visit another shop. Unfortunately it was closed down. So we decided to go into this random kopitiam along the same street that had chinese hawker food, nasi lemak and western. We ordered the fish and chips. Pretty good at RM 13. Two pieces of fish and a pisang goreng! With fries and freshly cut cucumber and tomatoes.. it was a satisfying meal. Also had the char kueh teow which was individually fried. Had enough wok hei and the tau geh was not overcooked. Fully recommend! The braised yee mee with pork ribs was decent. The pork rib was slightly dry but edible. The yee mee cooked with chi yau char. Flavourful. The fish head noodles was totally worth it too. With big pieces of fried fish and the broth had the right balance of sourness and umami. Also highly recommended. Both noodles from the same stall came up to RM25. It was a weekend so it was not crowded. If you're looking for a place just to have a fuss free lunch in Ampang, it would be a place I'd visit again.

The sweet sour fish fillet rice is delicious. RM2.40 for a small cup Teh C is pricey for kopitiam. Came back for nasi lemak and chee cheong fun. But too bad. Chee cheong fun was on leave.

Has a local neighborhood kopitiam feel to this place, almost like a local breakfast haunt where they meet up and know each other. Quite a few stalls here serving the local hawker fare, including a Malay stall. The place here is quite ventilated, not so cramp and tidy. There is a char kueh tiew stall at the entrance , so the wok hei smoke whiff doesn't blow through inside, even though the char kueh tiew looks good. We had the pork soup noodles, which had a hearty soup laden with chunky mince pork and meat. It went very well with the konlon noodles. The kl hokkien noodles was also good with substantial ingredients and pork lardons. The coffee here is thick and aromatic. The stall operators here are friendly and welcoming.

A simple kopitiam, not many stalls which is what I like hence it's not so smelly. They have char kuey teow, pork noodles, small fry variety of noodles, nasi lemak... All food were good. I have not tried the western yet. I especially like the pork noodles that had just opened recently, that heard was shifted from a neighbouring kopitiam. Drinks were average, not kaw enough for my taste buds

Probably one of the newer and cleaner coffee shops in Ulu Klang. Lots of food choices in the morning and afternoon, but only a couple stalls open for dinner. Pretty decent variety of food. The western food in the evening isn't bad. Overall, your typical coffee shop.
